Short Bio
 

Despina is the founder and head trainer of the Institute of Excellence, the current Chief Navigator (GM) of Navii Digital and Tourism Tribe and is best known for her inspired training solutions in customer service, tourism, social media and digital marketing.

 

She is a Certified Trainer, qualified business coach, author of Adventures of a Balloon Girl and digital marketing professional with twenty years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry.

Besides her business training and development work, Despina is the former CEO of Global Ballooning Australia, the head trainer and assessor for the Diploma of Social Media Marketing, and Certified Marketing Professional at Monarch Institute, regular social media live broadcaster and host of Tourism Hub podcast where she passionately shares the stories of the wonderful experience makers that make our industry great.
